I've been hearing about a supposed ban since June.

I've stopped worrying about it. I think it's a lot of paranoia IMO.

Ok, edit that; I know they've been banned in a few states, but still, even if there is a widespread ban I don't think it'll be strictly enforced.

It might be harder to find supplies but they'll still be around.

There's always a grey area.

If E-cigs get banned it will be because of special interest lobbying and NOT because of any severe Health concerns. The same reason they've wasted Billions of dollars enforcing marijuana laws. The government needs to stay out of peoples lives. If people want to smoke thats their decision, if people want to vape it should be their decision as well. we don't need the government who can't even balance their own checkbook telling us what to eat drink or smoke. Personal Responsibility People!
One thing that may save the E cig is if Big tobacco See's the writing on the wall and gets in on the action as opposed to trying to snuff it out. because once the technology is really perfected and word keeps spreading E-cigs are going to destroy traditionals.

I personally do not worry at all about a ban. The only real issue if there is a ban is attys and a nicotine supply. I've read that if you keep nic in dark dry cool (not refrigerator, but like a closet) location it has like a 18 month self life.

So, buy ahead, keep a cool head and expect the best!
