33 and 'kids these days'
I just like the mtl nowadays but im 27. Admittedly im not a kid anymore but im not too old to frown @ the kids and their crazy nu fangled ways.;)

 Kids these days...

My son and I are very close in age, so much of the time we act more like brother and sister than we do mother and son.. we certainly joke and tease more like we were brother and sister. Lol..

He reminds me each and every birthday that he is now old.. so I am older than dirt.. hahaha. But he is still a kid, as he was raised in technology, whereas I wasn't. We didn't have computers when I was in school, yet by the time he was in kindergarten they had him on a computer.

So, I often see technology as the differing factor between kids and the older generation. My son was the one who taught me how to use a computer, and is constantly thinking I need the latest and greatest cell phone..

It's actually kind of weird that I took up vaping before him, because his friends vape and he is the tech guru..

But yeah, kids are anyone who have to do all the techy stuff and want desperately to stay up to date..

You can be an adult, and ### about those kids these days.. hahaha.. just like me! :thumb:

I agree, but only because a Griffin is too airy for MTL vaping. I have two new Griffin 22's (in box) because I wanted to try a velocity deck. One came in with over-torqued deck screws. I stripped one screw while trying to remove them. The other was a replacement from the vendor that was fine, but I only vaped a handful of hits because of the inability to get a decent MTL vape out of it even with the air flow closed down. I'd trade both of them for a new Kayfun Mini V3. The decks are fine with the exception of one screw on one that won't come out even with a Wila 1,3mm hex tool. An "easy out" bit of the right size would fix it.

I guess it all depends on whether you are using the vape to stay off Cigarettes or to Drop the Hooka.
personally wouldn't recommend the griffin 22 or 25 to anybody, the 25 plus fixed wicking so you don't have to be perfect like the previous 2. I've never been a tobacco hooka user so no. When I smoked I chain smoked and mtl hot boxed them to the point of gagging myself on them, my vaping isn't to mock the motions, rather the lung feeling and it's what works for me.

Soooooooooo kayfuns suck :)

It's my hubby I'm trying to set up with mtl/restricted lung type set up. He has a Toptank mini and even built at 1.5 with only a tiny airflow open it's still too much. He's a wimpy vaper, what can I say. Waiting on kayfun styled tanks to see if that helps. I just want to get him something that works so he wants to vape more than he wants to smoke. I'd really like to keep him around as long as possible and not lose him to smoking related disease, like we lost his mom and my dad.
Have you had him try little cheap clearos. I use t3s,h2's mt3's. I don't like very much air at all either. I rebuild the coils with premade wicks an wires from fasttech. Also I love all the little cheap clearos on fast tech. Got a rc200an rc400 I love. Always use a kanger coil in them thou.on a pico

Wimpy vaper? Pfff.
Get him a kayfun lite or mini v3. He'll be as stylish as me...

Whatever you do, don't turn him against us. We don't need another whoooshy whooosh whooosh vaper.
I have a mini v3 coming for him and a v5 coming for me. Also picked up a few 3.1 that arrived yesterday that I've been testing out, this SUPER tight draw I think might be right up his alley. All clones/styled, of course, as I am poor.

Seventy-two, and, as I have advanced in age, "old" changed its definition as did "young".
How true!

When I turned 40, I gave myself permission to grow up. When I turned 60, I gave myself permission to grow "older", NOT OLD!

Had my physical last week. Everything right on the money and a resting heart rate in the 50's. Not bad for someone who smoked for almost 50 years. :)

I have been a member here for about 3 years .... I have noticed in the last couple of months there seems to be less posts than before on the various different forums here.

Anyone else notice that?

Wonder what the deal is about that?

The new "LOOK" is not inviting at all...just cold and stark. The old view was inviting and warm though....but the reason I don't come back much is the 'new look'....just not attractive at all.
