I do most of my driving at night for my job. Some of my Egos have a blue light, and sometimes I worry that I'll get in trouble if the police see it. I think it's illegal to have blue or red (emergency vehicle light colors) lights in/on your car if they're bright enough to be seen by others in traffic. Is that really a thing? Maybe I should have Googled it before I make myself sound silly.

I think if you had something resembling a police blue light, or illegal headlight/taillights you might have an issue for impersonating an officer or whatever. But an ego blue light... Some car stereo's have blue illumination. Heck, our Honda mini van has a blue light that shines on the console so you can see at night without turning on the interior light, so I wouldn't give that too much worry. Besides, your finger/thumb should cover most of the button... :)

As long as you don't point your gun at them when you drive by I think they'll give you a free pass

i caught myself trying to hide mine when a cop pulled up next to me a few days ago. Then i laughed at myself for feeling that way, but yes, i know what you mean. fortunately, among many of my friends, vaping has kind of become the in thing. we gather around at social gatherings comparing setups and liquids and having fun blowing 'smoke' at each other.

First of all I know what you mean about being self-conscious when you first vape in public. I too was self-conscious. But please remember that you are doing this for you HEALTH and as importantly, please remember that "Smokers of analog cigarettes" also tried to hide that they were smokers. It is this reason, I believe, that smokers lost their "Rights" to smoke in restaurants, bars, within 20 feet of any door, etc. It is due to this reason, I quickly lost my self-conscious about vaping. Now I vape anywhere I want, even in the Doctor's office! Unfortunately, nobody has approached me to tell me I can't vape where I'm vaping, because I've got about 3 months of pent up anger that I am willing to unload of the first person that does!
