Selling mods

I wanted to ask about selling mods at the flea market, if I made 10 box mods and gave them to my wife to sell, would it be against the law? There wont be any juice on site..

As long as there isn't any state laws prohibiting it, there shouldn't be a problem.
I don't think there would be a problem with the liquid either but, at least, I'd have some carts or cartomizers ready to use.
