That would be impossible. Over 80% of products on the market have added sugar in them. That does not count sweets. Our citizens would go broke.

"Our citizens will go broke" Exactly. Did you see what the FDA pulled on May 20th? They are making the sugar content right and center. Now, there's GOT to be a good reason, , and as we know they don't care about the public health, then the only one I can think of is very bad for all of us Hint (tax $$$$$$$$). Changes to the Nutrition Facts Label

You guys underestimate the greed of the gov't. The Sugar Road is lined with gold, just waiting for the gov't to extract it.

The FDA will be proven wrong eventually. Have u guys ever seen old videos of tobacco legislation? They say things like "well the science is inconclusive" and "no conclusive medical data exists". They were working an agenda then just as they are working an agenda now. Big brother Altria has the FDA in their pocket and vaping is in between them and millions upon millions in tax revenue

And Zeller will ignore the question, launching into a diatribe about the evils of underage vaping and how that needs to be stopped.
I've recently found myself wondering what ever happened to the concept of parental responsibility.

No doubt!! I have 2 children and I for one DO NOT want the government worrying about them. As far as I'm concerned THAT would very dangerous. It's my job to raise my kids not some government entity that has no right to determine nor the responsibility the best ways to raise my kids. Boy, don't get me started on that one. Live long and vape on!

I wonder if it is not time to stock up on 60mg nic "base" and then just buy 0% e-juice as needed.

Just as a precaution.

There's speculation about how the FDA will handle nic base. However, under the more optimistic concerns with the deeming as it is now, you should have two years (until Aug 8, 2018) to obtain products. But... there is also a concern about how such things may be taxed during that time period. So... if one can afford it at this time, it's not a bad idea to stock up. For one thing, if you know you will continue to vape, there is no downside in making such a purchase since, if stored correctly - you should check out the DIY forum** for that - you will be using the nic base anyway, and the chances of going down in price is nil, but the chances of it going up in price is great - either from demand or from taxes.

Here is one vendor that is popular with many here:

Unflavored Nicotine Base - Nude Nicotine

You can also get PG/VG there and flavorings there.
Our Products - Nude Nicotine

If you put it in the freezer, which is recommended for long term storage - you're best getting some glass bottles (amber glass with PE caps is recommended) and you can shop around for those. Although amazon is currently out of stock, this is close to what you'll be looking for:

Kimble Type III Soda-Lime Glass Narrow Mouth Bottle with Solid PE Cap, Amber: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific

0mg eLiquid will likely be equally regulated and taxed. But if you do that you are better off with 100mg because it will result in less dilution of the flavoring in your 0mg flavored juice

@MNBluVaper

This is true. For example, the regular nic base I use is 54mg nic - I vape @11mg nic - and I bought the 100mg nic from Nude Nicotine recently. What I did was dilute (with a VG/H2O base) the nic base into my regular 54mg nic and by doing that I ended up with almost 2 liters of nic base rather than the 1 Liter that I purchased :- )

So.. you might consider buying the 100mg nic rather than the 60. However, in handling the 100mg nic (or anything higher than 36mg) use latex gloves.... and keep all kids and animals far away from your work area. When transferring to amber glass. The nic (from N.N.) will come in plastic,(although you can get glass from them but it's rather high priced, imo), and it is not recommended to store it long term in those plastic containers.

I love NN and I buy their Armor line because they come in glass bottles and are ready for long freezer storage--I buy small bottles (125ml) with Argon. It's the most expensive way of doing it, but also the most convenient for me--I just stick everything in the freezer and I'm good. I don't have to open the bottles, handle the nic and expose it to air and light unnecessarily. Another benefit of buying small, sealed glass bottles is that I never have to worry about the strength of my nic--I know it's 100 mg/ml, which might not always be the case if I were to rebottle it myself. So yes, it's expensive, but I feel safer doing it this way.

Understood. I just thought that extra expense too much. And I have had nic base in the freezer over three years now and I did the swap between the containers to glass at that time and the nic base is still as pristine clear as it was when I did that.
