Unless you know something I don't we won't even be seeing a 10% coupon. Ever again probably.

No, I don't know anything--I wouldn't keep it from you guys! That was from last November pre-Black Friday sale. We (NN and I) had a minor miscommunication wrt to my last order and Chris was kind enough to tell me that I can use that 30% discount again next time I order from them. So I emailed him last week and sure enough, he kept his promise and I was able to order more nic at 30% off. Great customer service, I have to say, considering that I didn't even have anything in writing--he made that offer in our telephone conversation. :thumb:

Oh, that's next on the sin-tax list believe me.
I do too. I used to love Green Goddess oil and vinegar salad dressing until I poured the 1977 packet into the oil first. I was getting sick of the sweet taste and the amount of pure sugar proved I was right. The bread I currently eat is too sugary. I love the double packaging though. I don't hate sugar. I will eat peanut M&Ms for a week until the 3lb bag is gone. I would be a real hippocrate if I didn't say I didn't actually make sugar from starchy things and somehow they turn into distilled alcohol many times. But please don't put sugar into my food for the 89% of people who think everything should taste sweet. Luckily, those who use maltose in their eliquid only crud up coils...lmao.

You know what I find funny about this is that Senator Ron Johnson and Reid Ribble (my District Representative) are the ones to email me back about my letters about vaping. Tammy Baldwin is the ONLY one to not write back. I can see now who actually listens to the people that they represent..........

Understanding Vaping is had to get trought to some people. Why are the governments around the world using chrildern to stamp out vaping. Take vaping away will have more kids turning to smoking as we all know we where kids one day and we always like to try the things we can't have.

I vote for sugar as a tie for the number one addiction.
Is it an:
Addiction
or
Dependency
????
I have consumed at least 8tsp+ per day, most of my life. Dr. visits are always Good and I have always been on/under weight for height. :)
Some Bodies turn Sugar to Fat, Some Bodies turn Sugar to Energy
The Dose makes the poison
The Body determines the Dose

Sounds a lot like Nicotine ;)

They are using the children shield to hide behind, thus showing they really don't care about children at all. By using the children shield, they avoid all possible rational discussion about adult behaviors, and thus are free to further their darker nefarious plans to keep promoting the tobacco tax money game that they are addicted to...

Bingo. They can't find anything harmful about vaping, zero, zilch, nada after 10 years of searching, so they have to resort to using human shields.

I have sure seen plenty of articles about processed foods being addictive. There is some skepticism, but I wouldn't really be surprised. Myself, I have issues with sugar. I became addicted to alcohol, for a very long time. If I ate something sweet, it would kill my desire to drink. I had to make sure I didn't eat sugar any day I planned on drinking. And they do serve sweets at AA meetings. What does that say? Not sure really, but there must be some link there, and it's something I've planned on researching.

I could go so overboard on eating sweets, but I allow myself 2 cookies a week when we make a run to Whole Foods. I wish I could quit sugar altogether really. But I allow myself that so that I don't feel deprived.

If BT put additives in cigarettes to make them addictive, who's to say the food industry wouldn't do the same with processed foods? Look up some of the common additives, including the so-called "natural" flavors.

Carbs are both the enemy and a necessity. Too many and my AiC starts to rise. I've recently started losing weight to lower A1C. It's working. I'm 9 pounds down in about 3 weeks. Heading toward 20. Blood sugar is falling nicely. By the time I go back to the doctor in August I hope to be a pants size smaller!
