About every ten years I read George Orwell's Nineteen Eighty-Four again.

Of course if Rod Serling had vaping instead of smoking then perhaps he wouldn't have died from three heart attacks by the time he reached age 50.
Why, I'm sure the FDA wouldn't wish that fate on anyone...
The FDA's choice of targets is a peculiar one. They want to demonize vaping because of the nicotine, but give pharma a pass as long as you chew it or sniff it and have FDA approval. It's all about taxing nicotine. That, and preventing vaping from growing larger than big tobacco cigarette makers.
The "We don't know what's in it" part sounds suspiciously like Nancy Pelosi's comments on the ACA. This is the same FDA that allows controlled percentages of insects and insect parts to be in the food we buy at the grocery store.

Any updates from Sen Johnson on the no response response? Good news above on the additional suit being brought against the FDA.
I have to admit this is the most comprehensive law suite I have read so far (at least the explanation).

Yes, but you don't get that information until you go to the external link. If you just see the page on EVCA linking out to the petition all it says is "Stand With Ron Johnson -Sign the Petition". That's barely adequate - and you have to know to search to even locate it. (It's not exactly the best laid out web site...)
Signed it, but all these miscellaneous petitions being floated are kind of turning into a blur.
