Sense of Smell

I have problem now that i have stopped smoking tobacco,my sense of smell has increased to a level that people stink,i pick up odors of people i used to see before and they reak,they didnt before,and some of them dont smoke,i need a gas mask now.

LOL I have seen that posted before and also the smell of tobacco will start to gag you. LOL Put some mentholatum under your nose like they use to do when they found a stinker. An old DB. Old Police thing. LOL.

I was walking around the mall the other day and could smell a cigarette smoker from up to six feet away! I asked my wife "did I used to smell like that?" she said "I dunno dummy, I smoked too!".
But seriously, i started walking towards a person and stopped whn I could smell their cigarette residue and I ended up being about 5-6 feet away. Nasty stuff. I am glad to be done with them.

I hate going out for a drink in the bar now too,most of them smoke and its very uncomfortable.

Your sense of taste should come back too. Food tasted AMAZING a few weeks after I quit. Hell, even Taco Bell tasted good.

I've noticed that a lot of people (smokers and nonsmokers) do stink now, but the fact that food is starting to taste better makes up for it for me.

They say we can't smell ourselves very well because we are around ourselves 24/7 so there is really no way of knowing if we stink too unless someone gets near us and tells us we stink and that probably isn't going to happen. I sure hope I don't stink

Hay Faylool I did a job in Sweet Home a few years ago funny the locals said it was nick named stink home till we built a cover for the sewer plant. Nice People and pretty country!
