Hmmm... Hard to determine things that are usual giveaways like size of the eyes, distance between them, bridge of the nose, etc. with the distortion.
That said, the eyes themselves look like a forty-ish Arnold the Terminator. But I'll save that for a fourth guess if we haven't reached 300 posts when my 3 hours are up.
