Hello all ~
started a month back and cutting down my ciggis from 1 pack a day to 3 packets per week now

Thought I would pop in. Used to be a little active here.

Smoked for 8 years, tried every single pharmaceutical product available on the market to quit smoking. Didn't work out. Switched to vaping 3.5 years ago and have stuck to it since. Was living in the states, but came back to Singapore 5 months ago.

God it's awful here.
