Shipping costs ...?

Is it just me or have american sites switched to ridiculous shipping costs for canada? I just checked altsmoke, smoktek and SI and they now charge $29 for basic shipping. I've definitely never paid that to ship anything from SI before, its usually around $4-6.

Yeah it sucks bug time, I can't order from Flavorwest anymore, over $30 to ship it

I ship to Canada weekly using padded flat rate priority mail envelopes. It's under $15. I think a lot of these guys aren't up on their shipping options.

Well that pretty much kills any chance of ordering from the states might kill vaping for me in general...

Issue is resolved for anyone interested. Apparently USPS does this regularly when they update their prices.

I have had some luck with cheap shipping from the states. Alice in vapeland $3.50 Heather's Heavenly Vapes $5.50 which I thought was quite reasonable. Hell I can't order from my own province for that price.

I placed both orders on Monday or Tuesday of last week.. AIV was there sample pack and 1 30 ml bottle. HHV was just 3 30 ml bottles.

This went into effect the 27th, this previous Sunday.

A band page on FB even mentioned the spike in rates, apologizing to their fans north of the border.

Alright so those 2 packages will now be a couple bucks more to ship. Still not a big deal. Its the companies that try to make a couple bucks on shipping that'll p**s us off. Not saying you do that but they are out there..
