i dont know if he still tests stuff, but he no longer pre charges the batteries. he might be doing too much volume to do that anymore.

We still test everything before hand Each time a kit is purchased, we open them up, test the batteries with the atomizer, and close back up with a few business cards inside No way would we be able to handle about 500-600 chargers daily ... eeeek ...

The only thing we do not test are pilot atomizers ... they come sealed, so therefore, we pass along completely sealed. I have yet to see a single DOA atomizer. This isn't to say there are poor working ones, I just haven't seen one dead on arrival. All pen and mini atom's are tested before hand, and we try to get all the priming fluid out as well, so the customer doesn't have to deal with it.
