My hubby and I ordered two pen style e-cigs from Steve at PureSmoker back in January 2009. We both received them on January 10 and after charging batteries, started the e-cigs the next day on January 11. Neither one of us has had a regular cigarette since then-e-cigs all the way-and I've been smoking analogs for 30 years!

Well after two days, hubby quit all smoking so I got his pen style e-cig too. I pulled the extra atomizer out and am using it along with mine-no problem so far-love it! I put the 2 batteries and extra charger away for when and if I need them.

I also ordered two more atomizers from PureSmoker, just in case, since I've heard such bad things about atomizers failing so I don't want to be without. I still have those wrapped up and haven't needed them.

As I was reading you comment, I thought, Man, this sounds like an infomercial! I buy his e-juice too. I smoked menthol and his CaSH menthol tastes better than they did. Part of it I'm sure is I get just the flavor and none of the garbage cigs. had.

Smart move ordering extra atomizers. I quit Nov. 11th with only one starter kit from someone else. My atomizer fizzed out on me and I almost had a fit. I had to buy a pack till the extras got here. They made me feel so sick to my stomach and dizzy. I only smoked a few a day but upset I couldn't hold out. I guess I'm a wimp. I still had half a pack left when I got them in. And no cigs before and none after.

I started with an NJOY NPRO. Bought a starter kit on ebay saved $20. compared to the price NJOY had on their site.
I wish I had done more research and found this site before my purchase. PureSmoker's PeeWee is xactly like the NPRO, so I picked up a couple accessories from them.

I decided to buy a couple 901 atomizers, passthu's and carts from Puresmoker and now that's my main cig. Definitely recommend Puresmoker to all my friends and family. Awesome customer service.

I don't know what the warranty is on ebay purchases. I bought my first stater kit directly from NJOY because of their one year warranty against product defects.

PureSmoker is well known for his good products and fast service. I will only buy his excellent e-juice very reasonably priced also. I plan to buy other product from him soon. His prices are comparable to many other suppliers.

Njoys Npro i found is no good but there pen style Ncig is a different matter though, that works unbelievably! well - better than my kissbox is working right now anyway

I'd like to thank the guys from puresmoker for excellent service. I purchased my 901 late friday night, and before the purchased shot over a quick e-mail at about 6pm which received and unexpected prompt reply in about 10 minutes. my ecig shipped out monday from CA, and was received in CT today (Wednesday). Very fast!

One question for the rest of you who have received items from PS recently, did the batteries come pre-charged? I've heard conflicting information on batteries coming precharged or not, however when i placed the 901 on the charger it was only on for 2-3 minutes before the LED turned green which leads me to believe it was precharged. I cannot wait to use my new ecig!!

Steve doesn't pre-charge anymore and recommends 12 hours charge before use.

We will have all e-cig kits, all liquids, and all parts back in by the early to mid part of next week .

Pilot feels more like a cig (size and physical feel) I have heard (I don't have a mini yet) and I also heard the mini cart does not last as long and needs to be topped off more often so it is a but more maintenance... but I would ask someone more experienced. Because puresmoker ships so fast.. it usually makes sense to wait for them to restock and then order than to wait for those other places to ship to you.

i have a mini. a mini cart needs often top off's. i like the 901 has a starter device wish i read more before i got my 2nd and 3rd from janty could have got much more from PS or even other places

Another new fan of PureSmoker.com here! I ordered my DSE901 and some cash cola e-juice Wednesday 02/11 and got it yesterday 02/13. I charged the battery all night last night while I was at work popped it in this morning and all I have to say is I'm another satisfied customer and even better another vaping convert.

It seems we go through this every year and people forget or are new and haven't looked back a year.

This is a hard time of year because in China end of January/first part of Feb (exact dates depend on the year) the new year celebrations last a full week and there is no shipping from china during that time. That makes it hard for anyone to keep things as stocked as they want.

I have been dealing with puresmoker for a long time and so has several of my family and they are awesome but somethings are just out of his control.

Scfyi-- Hold up there!! Do you really think Puresmoker wants to be low on inventory. As a matter of fact, while some were out during the China Holiday--Steve was fully stocked again with a new product to boot. Obviously his demand went through the roof and I am sure is is doing all that he can to restock asap. As Justrubl notes---sometimes things are simple out of a Suppliers control. Just be patient!!!
