My tracking has shown only on the EMS site, so far:

I ordered on 1/1/10. USPS shows "...not found." I have been checking, very regularly, since I have never ordered from China. At this point, the EM site doesn't appear to function correctly. There are lines where products should be, on the left navigation pane, and the products shown in my "Cart," no longer exist...is there an explanation for this, to satisfy my own worries?

I ordered Indu 02/02/2010 (Order #8145). It was dispatched 02/03/2010 and there is no info on the EMS site.
I called on the EMS Poland and there is no info too.
Is it normal?
David or Di, could you check, if my order was shipped from you?

I am sure they got shipped out

they show into guangzhou , then came the holidays on the 5th ---------------------------------------------------------------

all I can tell you is that China is in Holiday mode ---
nothing much of business is happening---

I cant find out anything for you till they all come back to work on the 24th ---------------------

Just received my letter from the FDA that they have detained my shipment, and will be sending it back to the shipper.

I told David about the tracking status earlier and he re-shipped the liquids which I received today. EM has not shipped the hardware yet, so that will not be shipped till after the holiday. I wish they would have shipped the hardware before the holiday.

I've been waiting since mid-December for this $300+ order, hopefully there will be something extra in the box for waiting so long

Well I can tell you what I know from experience! This is how the USPS tracking on a previous order of mine went:

Foreign International Dispatch, January 12, 2010, 12:23 am, GUANGZHOU EMS, CHINA PEOPLES REP
Inbound International Arrival, January 15, 2010, 7:52 pm, ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS)

So, that "GUANGZHOU Despatch from Sorting Center" that we both see now on our EMS tracking was the final step for my last package before it entered the states. Idk where you're located, but that seems to be the case for other countries as well. However, if customs gets their hands on it afterward, that may be a whole 'nother story 8-o Based on past order experiences, USPS normally would have shown tracking info by now on my current order since it was dispatched from China 8 days ago, but either it hasn't made it to the states yet due to the Chinese Spring Festival or it will arrive at my house without further tracking as a complete and total surprise! I've ordered from Eastmall many times and have always gotten what I've ordered. So don't worry--and rest assured, it's on its way! Now, I will try to tell myself the same

isnt this in violation of the judges ruling, where he said the FDA has no juristiction over E-cigs and cannot stop the shipping , import or sales of them till after the court case is settled ????

and I am sad to say that many many packages arrive at your homes without ever showing any tracking in USPS

Well, regardless of the judge's ruling and the company involved, the FDA is holding shipments. The letter goes on to say that if I disagree to discuss it with them personally or write to them:

*Update* An order I placed on 2/3 arrived today. I noticed that there were definitely stops and tracking info left out on USPS tracking, which can make for some anxiety if you anticipate your Eastmall packages as much as I do, haha. I showed the USPS tracking below, and then the EMS, which doesn't go beyond the first US sorting center it went to as of yet, but will update soon I would assume. I hope everyone has gotten/is getting their packages without any issues. I'm glad this forum thread is here to come in and vent in times of worry or stress, it really does help!

I just received the 6 kits and atomizers I ordered...YAY. EM ROCKS!! I guess they re-shipped the replacement hardware before closing shop, but did not list a tracking number under my account for me to check.

Now to wait till they re-open and order the Indulgence.

My last order took MUCH longer than normal to arrive... and I was not able to track it after it left China... More than 2 weeks later it just showed up... no issues, no additional tracking information. Usually orders from Eastmall to Canada arrive in under a week. So it wasn't panic without reason... but the package did arrive... everything in the package was fine. I do have a question however that perhaps Di can answer? I have been to the eastmall site at least 5 times in the last 2 weeks and the page appears to either be broken, or missing stock? Did I miss a post somewhere? A store with no content...?

I told you all that EastMall was closing down for the Spring Festival (Chinese New Year ) holidays,

store will be closed from -- 5th Feb -- re-opening on 24th Feb..

at which time we will be restocking and back to business as usual.

OK, so I've been lurking around here for a while now and have a few questions.
My story: I was in my local shopping mall a couple of weeks ago and there was a stall selling e-cigs. Having struggled with analogues for nearly 40 years, I thought why not give this a shot. I purchased the kit for $150 and it contained 1 batt, 1atty, 5 carts and 50 mg 0-nic juice. THEN I did the research. Dang!
I won't be angry about it because as useless as the e-cig was and zero nicotine, I knew that this was what I was looking for.
Now, I've done my research and have decided to go with the wonderful people at Eastmall (The Australian connection helps as well!). So now I am patiently(?) waiting for the store to re-open.

Here are my questions:
What strength liquid to get? I smoke RYO 40 a day.

Is there a "sensible" limit to how much liquid to push through customs in one hit? (I want to try a nice variety)

Exactly what time will the store re-open on the 24th? (Yes I'm keen)

Why can't anybody spell "analogues" correctly?
