My order has been in Guangzhou since the 27th as well...they are vaping my juice using your EM4 kits!

Seriously though, there are a billion people in China...imagine what their customs centers are like around Christmas when they all start sending and recieving stuff...it must be absolute chaos! 8-o

yeah that may be true but i was under the understanding that the last status posted meant that it was actually leaving china. and had already done customs. etc.

Maybe our problem lies with EMS as opposed to customs (note the tiny gap of a few days between Guangzhou and arrival in the UK)

yeah see thats what i was thinking i thought "GUANGZHOU Despatch from Sorting Center" meant that it was on its way out the country after going thru chinese customs. and it would end up here in the state at USA customs like 3 days later but nothing. so I should be contacting east mall to make an enquiry or what? it could very well be here in the states but unscanned who knows but

whats the best course of action i can take? thats what i want to know.... this has never happened before . so let me know any suggestions.

deschain i forgot to mention that i had 200ml of liquid too with that order, they probably have all they need in my order alone to vape for months.

I'm gonna give it several more days...EM and several other Chinese based juice sites are all warning of delays of up to 2 weeks.

I also had 200ml of juice in my order! (gotta love that 100ml for $30 offer eh?) they'll be vaping well into next year!!!

yeah i got the EM4 PCC starter kit extra batt and atty and then the 30 dollar em4 starter kit (4 em4s basically) and then i got the sampler of 100mls and then i bought clearance mildseven 100ml ( my favorite flavor i used to smoke those in infinite chains when i was in japan)

yeah i just read the customer service contact us page and it said to allow double the time during holiday lead up before we freak out about tracking enquiries. so instead of 7 i guess that means 14 days with out tracking info.

that kind of suspense is enough to kill me lol. im giving it some more days.

Im sure Di will chime in and confirm what im about to post below.

We were more than spot i think. My order just updated the tracking mine finally made new york at 12:48 am today. like maybe a few hours after i made those posts. crazy! so now its in my country's hands and i just gota wait for it to hit customs and be released should be here end of the week hopefully.

For the US, I like to request email notification from USPS as soon as it shows up on their radar. Then they just email you each time there is new info/movement. When EMS showed Guangzhou Despatch from Sorting Center it finally showd up at USPS as:

Class: Express Mail International®
Status: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment

Now it's just a waiting game..

thats a good idea suede since i get email to my phone it would be ohhh so convenient. gosh i wish it was here now though it would have made studying for final exams quite the breath of fresh air. I cant wait to get off the analogs again and this time its not just an experiment with the product i know the results. ( used for 3 months then i had tons of failure with janty stuff. expecting much better stuff from EM)

Anyone else back in the day when you had analogs or even now with e cigs when you start to plan something that takes tons of critical thinking and calculation tend to vape/smoke more continuously while you think?

hell i do every time i plan or design a car or do physics.

hopefully after these last two final exams today ill be able to stretch this pack of analogs till the digitals come it.

finally like cable i plan to go digital....

and im already saving up to get the indulgence just so i can vape like crazy talking to yall on here.

Hokkaidomist, I just checked my EMS tracking, nothing is happening for me here yet, but the fact that your stuff is actually moving proves that there aren't really "problems", as such...just a real big pile of packages to be shifted! I expect something to give in the next few days now.

yeah umm I got my stuff today 24 hours after it hit the states/ there is no record of customs even being involved. and it came at 9:40 am to my door( i live in an appartment. mail box is not close to my door) . Box is in awesome condition but seriously it says nothing of customs on the USPS site tracking.

Well - Placed an order on November 29th-December 1rst. My order was shipped pretty fast. December 2nd, tracking is active and the package is @ Foshan being posted.

On the 3rd, it's dispatched from the sorting center in Guangzhou and supposed to be en route to Canada. We're december 16th and I tracking hasn't updated yet. It's still showing up as it's being dispatched on the 3rd.
