Alright this might sound weird but hear me out, I just wanna see if anyone else might have experienced this. So about a month ago i started getting this feeling through my body usually after I exhale. The best way i can describe it is, it feels like a shock going from your head all the way down to your legs in the matter of a second and then again and again...ugh and again lol. and I notice it happening more as soon as I exhale.

I searched for that feeling on google and a lot of people mentioned possible signs of MS :( SO I cant figure out if I might have formed MS OR my body is reacting weirdly after 1.5 years of vaping... hard core chain vaping... on the plus side I just finally reached 6 mg nic from 24 :D

It can also be a sign that you have issues in your cervical spine, your neck. I was getting those shocks for a while about 4 years ago, went to the doc, had an MRI on my c-spine and was told my neck is in rough shape, flattened discs/bone spurs/etc, and that I would be having serious problems with it in the future. I do know that a certain movement of the head, looking down, is what can cause these shooting pains to occur.

What made them go away for you?

Try stopping the vaping and see if it stops for a period so you have an idea if its related but do go see your doctor for sure.

I agree for this and doctor visit. It could be a preexisting problem which worsened through the motions of vaping(if you do the technique to completely empty your lungs or move your head back to exhale). If it is preexisting and you tilted your head back to exhale smoke if you smoked before combined with the head motion of chain vaping all day, it could have sped it up.

A doctor visit wouldn't hurt.

I had this when I decided to stop taking antidepressants. Guess what? You can't stop them cold turkey. I had to wean myself off them slowly over the course of several weeks.

BTW, none of my doctors believed me about that symptom. They did all concur that I needed to wean myself off.

Yeeeah i learned that the hard way too, when I did that I got SUPER suicidal ... the thoughts that is never tried to. But yeah not a good idea to stop cold turkey.

I just have so many issues that it's hard to pinpoint the root of the problem smh I hate it.

Probably MS, or cancer. Guess the party had to end sometime.

You live in a state i'd give my eye teeth to live in, which i regard as one of the most beautiful places on earth - and i'm English and went there in 1990 last.

All you need to live in perpetual happiness is a wife with a baseball bat and a Jack Nicholson grin.

OMG YES! I thought I was the only one who experienced this! I ended up in the ER, saw a neurologist, did a sleep study, the whole nine yards. Your description is spot on. I described it as my brain rebooting, a sudden falling/dropping, everything was off-balance but only momentarily. The doctors never found anything.

I looked into MS, vertigo, and a whole bunch of conditions. I was terrified that something was really wrong. After a lot of researching and review of my vaping history I found what I think caused my issues. This is my own experience so don't take it as an answer to your problem.

I believe it was caused by two actions that happened at the same time. One was dropping my nic level too fast and too low. Six does not work for me; I need to be at 12-18. The other is that i think I built up PG to the point of an allergy with a 80/20 PG/VG blend. The decrease of nic and build up of PG in my system caused a cascade of issues all at one time.

Now that I've upped my nic and Vape no juice below 50/50 (I prefer high VG) the symptoms have completely disappeared. This all happened about a year ago.

It's just my experience, but I hope this helps. :)

Go see Dr. ASAP. This can be something as small as a tweeked nerve all the way up to you have a couple months left to live. Nerve issues are not to be taken likely.

very comforting! 'tweaked'. Couple of months left to live! Encouraging.

What is anyone's life expectancy? Yours say? Mine? guesswork.
