Thanks Guys and girls:)

It's definitely a new direction in styling that hasn't been attempted before in the mod world. The integtrated mechanical master on/off switch too i don't believe anyone has done on a mod (locking buttons and of course box mods that already have an on/off) but no purpose built mod.

I think you'd like the slots vapn, it's even more badass in person!

I'm wondering. Is the wall thickness of a P16 capable of handling some slots or other "texture" ? It certainly would help coolant slickened paws.

Very nice looking mod David. Taking the big batt idea to the next level, and using the slotted design to keep the weight down is a nice idea. Moving the button to the top and having a lockout is awesome. The fact that it will stand solid on a desktop is very nice. Would like to see a picture of it next to a P-18 for size comparison.

I'll be honest though. I have no real desire to have anything bigger then the Precise 18650. I don't carry a purse, so something like this new mod would never leave home. I completely understand the benefits of that big battery though.

What I really desire is something slim like the P10 but has enough mah to last me close to all day at work somewhere between 500-600mah will do it. I like the P16, but slimmer is better... I really like the P10 size, but would have to carry extra batts I think (can those Trustfires handle LR510s and just waiting on the new switches for the AWs). That leaves the 14500...

Given the 26650 is the same length as the 18650... i imagine its roughly the same length as a P18 modulo any difference due to the different style switches... ~28mm in diameter i guess? A US quarter is 24.26mm in diameter.

The fact this this monster is smaller than a silver bullet is really cool :)

Though it is 90% stainless steel, including the body and front cap. I am mixing in aluminum in non-wear/non stressed areas to save weight, such as the rear recessed on/off switch and the front switch button. Both are recessed, non wear items so i'm able to use aluminum and save weight. Also hidden inside the front cap resides a delrin insert to house the removeable switch assembly and front spring assembly.

No, i haven't tried all the battery combo's yet, however, this has a sprung post exerting pressure on the battery, so it'll be very accomodating. I'm also going to secure a supply of my own 26650 batteries so that i can have them on hand. Lighthound also carries them.
