I have recently received a ZAP through a trade, and I DO NOT have a Provari. Should I just hack the skirt to make it a ZAU or should I just trade it off for something similiar in quality? I dont mind modding stuff to make it work with what I have but I am a little precautious given the $$ value of this rba. What are yall thoughts?

IMHO - the ZAP and the Provari set up are like the Rolls Royce in terms of looks and performance! It is obviously up to you, but I would be looking for a trade to also get a Provari and mate the two lovebirds together.

Just use a 510 extension for now. Put it up for a trade

Better to trade/sell than to modify it. Pretty sure you'll find someone willing to buy it or trade for another gene atty. There are a few mods out there that will work with the skirt. I didn't want to get the zap because of the same issue your having. Plus I have a black provari and the silver satin doesn't match it.

I have this up for trade on numerous places and while I was waiting I just hacked the stock cap for the evic to make it work without an extension for now, but this thing has 1 week before it is going under the knife. There is no love for ZAPs anymore

They are available so your sale/trade has to have a value proposition. You can't sell a $150 atty for $140 if it's available at retail.

I would use the extension to see if you actually like it, if you really like the way it performs, hack it up!

DON'T HURT IT. PM ME ABOUT THE PRICE PLEASE................ If you ever see or use one on a Provari you'll understand. I'm strapped on cash but I'll see what I can come up with.
