I got these praying hands and rosary 8 years ago when I lost my best friend to cancer, we were just 26 :( the script around it says "In Memory of Mikey" I really need to get a better picture of this one

I'm a huge Famous Stars and Straps fan and family always comes first for me so this tattoo was a no brainer

I was born and raised in Detroit and a huge Tigers fan, I got the old English D tattoo about 13 years ago. It was my first tattoo on my arm that I couldn't hide. Since then there is more ink on my arms than bare skin. The brass knuckles were added along with some filler ink in the bare spots at the same time I got the "Family" tattoo

Last but not least, for now, this picture is from last 4th of July when I took the leap of getting my hand tattooed

Getting tattooed is one of my top 5 fav things to do. I can sit in the chair for hours on hours. I don't know what it is but I love the feeling of getting tattooed. When it's healing is a different story though lol I turn into a big baby

I have a lot more work on me that I don't have pictures of yet. These were all on my phone so I thought I would share. As soon as I get around to taking pics of the rest ill be sure to post them up

Glad that you found the thread, Slim! I love how crisp those brass knuckles came out. Care to take up Sneaky's request for any of the backstory on your ink?

Yep will do Becky :) I'm at work right now so I just threw the pics up so I could find this thread easy when I get home today

Wow...totally diggin' all the art people have!

Thought I'd share another tat story...

My grandmother was feeling very ill one late night so she called me to drive her to the hospital. When it came time to change into a gown, I started to leave to give her privacy, but she insisted I stay. As she changed, I noticed a little color on her leg..."Grandma....is that....do you have a tattoo?" (She is 85 years old.) Yes...she sure did. She got a ladybug tattoo because the previous year when she went to visit her brother, he double dog dared her to...
