i would love to make my own projectiles, but i just dont have the convidence. i have plenty of recources for lead.

If you have access to lead you can get started with just a small Lee pot, a mold and a sizer die for your single stage press.
It just takes a little practice, I actually enjoy casting as much as loading.
If you ever decide your interested in getting started I'll point you in the right direction and help you any way I can.

I'm gonna lose some more man points saying this but.. Don't ask me, brother. I have never so much as even held a gun. I don't know anything about guns, ammo, hunting, shooting, etc. Trust me -- that's not a bad thing in MY case. Truth be told, I have a LOT of respect for the folks that do. When I got the Hornady press with case feeder they were giving 1000 XTP with it.
They were all traded for primers, my alloy mix in a hollow point actually works as well or better then the high $ bullets.
I trade bullets for primers and powder so I almost shoot free.
Most of my shooting friends recycle the lead so I get most of it back
Here's one of my custom HP molds, the pins can be changed from round point to 5 sided or flat nose.
Lube / sizing 357 ".358" HP's
wet pack test 357, 20 to 1 lead / tin alloy
.452 200 gn HP 20 to 1 lead / tin ,,
5 sided HP 45's
Wet pack test,,, picture perfect and 100% weight retention!
