Ok Finally got a response from sigelei. They actually called me on the phone and want to talk to me. Unfortunately I missed the call. I will be calling them tomorrow. I have a direct number to speak with them. If you have ANY of these problems send them to warranty@ci-garette.com . Its important that they see your problems. I will update tomorrow.

I sent them an email either yesterday or the day before about these issues we are seeing here. Not as detailed as yours was, I'm sure. But I also asked if they plan a firmware update for these. I'll let you guys know what I hear from them.

despite all these issues I just ordered a 213 from vapeNW, awesome deal and comes with 2 batts :) I don't really care about TC so.... but, wish me luck anyway ;) i'm hoping the one I get atleast doesn't have the screen garble! that only happens in TC mode correct?
I triggered mine once by accessing the power ramp up/preheat power adjustment menu.

Did anyone notice this on vapenw, bet it is down to the 213

Starting 5/13/2016 VapeNW is no longer able to accept back any Sigelei product(s) per request of Sigelei’s new policy changes. For any issues with your Sigelei product(s) you will need to contact Sigelei’s warranty service directly.

I take that back it was Grand Forks. Nelson was the job I tried to avoid cause it was a 3 day trip. the Grand Forks job was a great job home every night usually in a lot worse shape then when you left.
I have a lot on the Kettle River where I park my RV for the summer, not far from grand forks! maybe an hour...

That is ugly I thought they had a return policy.

Lots of bad posts of vapenw warranty/returns, including charging 20% restocking fee on returns, even if device is bad.

I use them sometimes, but it is a gamble though, got a HCigar VT75 coming from them, but feel pretty safe with that device, but saying that, thought the same about the sig 213 too though.

you know, I was just considering that! hmmm.
If you're a power mode vaper, I wouldn't cancel, or maybe order from MVS instead. I'd order 2 more of these mods if I had the money. $80 delivered is a hell of a deal for this small, lightweight, powerful, amazing hardware build quality, fast charging, beautiful, preheating, REAL carbon fibre mod.

The "screen garble" is cosmetic ONLY, and does not impede function in any way. It also only happens when accessing preheat menu from sleep, so if you don't want to see it, just don't do that. Even if you do, you can still read and set it. This has been blown out of proportion; very minor issue here.

It sucks that it isn't working out for the TC guys, and I really hope Sigelei makes it right. But it's still an AWESOME mod for VW.

I can get the screen to garble pretty much any time accessing the pre heat menu from sleep. But that is only when I press the up button and fire button at the exact same time. If I press the the up button only a fraction of a second before the fire button it doesn't do it.

The device works great in Power mode which is what I run it in normally. I normally run it a little low because I don't want this Crown to be chugging juice, but I can always kick it up when I want.
