I have a well used sigelei 100W (v1) the version with the reverse threaded screw adjustable copper 510, which is now stuck but still fires most of my atties, I'm on the verge of ordering a sigelei 150W box mod (not the TC version), are there any problems with the chip, I always believed they were made by YiHi so I'm a little put-off if they are made in-house and are not accurate ... what's the deal with the sigelei 150W box mod ? tia
It's the same as the yihi SX330v3 board, just as inaccurate as the yihi.

Well I got my 75 watt today. Really impressed with the build quality. No button rattles nor door movement which is really impressive with dual removable doors. I noticed the little gap under the atty on mine isn't caused by hitting the doors as some have said but its due to the actual connector isn't quite flush. Love the nice bright screen. I haven't gotten to try temp control yet as I have no nickle coils or wire as of right now but so far in power mode it works fine. To me this mod is unbeatable for the $50 I paid.

I found it interesting the first warning in the manual (Which most people don't read) is it says not to use it while it's being charged.

Yeah I read that, and then did it anyway. It's not something I'm likely to do much as I'll mostly be swapping out 18650's, but I wanted to see if the device actually tried to prevent such behaviour. As far as I can tell it does not, and I figure the warning might be down to general generic lithium battery recharging concerns rather than anything specific to this mod.

I noticed it not sitting flush, but if I look at mine and even watch reviews. The 510 and the doors sit ever so slightly above the body I have some button rattle, but no door rattle

I figured it's just a warning to save themselves, but just sound it interesting. Never saw it in a manual before like that.

My black Sigelei 75 that I ordered from Ecig Avenue for $50 Friday night arrived today. Absolutely no slippage or other issues with the side panels that some others have mentioned. No button rattle either. If I shake it hard enough, I can hear something rattle inside, but it's not the buttons as I had my fingers covering those. I wish the 510 pin was closer to the center because the curved top edge leaves a gap under a 22mm atomizer. There is a film over the screen that can be peeled off. So far, I've only tested nickel builds in my RDAs. I've got a single coil at 0.13 in my Plume Veil and a 0.08 dual coil build in my Velocity. Working great so far in both, no dry hits when the wick goes dry, just a gradual reduction of vapor and flavor.

I was really interested in the 75 watt but the removal of two sides thing to change a battery has always made zero sense to me . Most i have talked to who have it say it's a pita.

I'd rather remove both doors to take a battery out them a junk ribbon like most mods. It's far from being a pita honestly.

After closer inspection, there is a small issue with one (the logo side) of the side panels on mine. If I press down in one corner, the opposite corner will rise up a little bit. It looks to me like the bottom slot was milled into the plate at a slight angle so that the bottom tab doesn't fit perfectly in there. I think I can fix that with my Dremel, however.

Junk ribbon ? , what is the ribbon supposed to be made of that would make it a quality ribbon and not junk ? You don't even need a ribbon , just hit the back of the mod and the battery will pop out , the two door thing just doesn't make any sense imo.

Everyone has their own opinion but you are the first i have come across that actually likes the two door thing.

Yeah, I'm not sure why the hate on ribbons, they work fine, and are rather handy. I still like the removable panels though / two door thing, not for taking both panels off to change batteries, but rather for swapping panel colors. (Assuming sigelei comes out with different color panels).

Now that makes sense , choosing different color combos , i didn't think it could be just for battery changing , got to be another reason.

If Sig never offers other door options maybe it is just for battery changing but i doubt it.
