Hey guys. If you are like me that dont want to use the 18650 mode because you are afraid to screw the telescope to hard to avoid the wobling tube.. I found a very simple solution for eliminating the wobling... JUST TAKE OUT THE CAP SPRING i have a no brand battery that make perfect contact on the negative and other battery that dont make contact i just cut the top part of a spring and put in there. Perect you can now screw the telescope until stop and get a solid feel now with no pressure / tension of that really hard spring pushing the battery very hard against the pcb.

Got my slant top zmax in today. Actually came with the two bottom caps even though it said on the web site that there would be just one. Even has the holes in the handle and the cap when the site said it might not. What can i say, Im a Star Wars fan and I get a kick out of the light saber look that it has. 8^)

I'm loving the size of it. I was in a vape shop during vacation and the guy behind the counter had a evic and that was just too large for me to be able to carry around full time. They had a provari mini which was a great size but too expensive for my first mod. This fits perfectly in my pocket.

I tossed in the large battery just to run through the menu. The vivi nova 2.8 atty is showing 3.9 after 6 weeks so time for a fresh atty so I can really enjoy this. I have the short battery charging and I'm waiting some what patiently.

I got it at VariTube for $76 and change using discount code varitube10 which they say is good until 7/31 I believe. Came with zmax, two batteries, two bottom caps, stardust style atty, charger, & soft case. Oh and free shipping.

Happy, Happy, Happy

Nice! Just got mine too but I'm using an Artemas tank. Those Pyrex DCT tanks don't have a locking mechanism, correct? I like those but I'm afraid the tank will fall off lol Do you ever have problems with that? I'm looking at those because I'm going to try cinammon flavors soon.

And just a reminder to those getting them. The screen does come with a plastic film over it. Mine looked really scratched up when it arrived so I rubbed on it awhile and the plastic film came off and the scratches were only on the film :)

You are correct. No locking mechanism. I like them, but they aren't allowed to leave the house.

I figured :( I'm going to try to find one like the Pyrex tank but with a locking collar as well. I also got the holster I ordered this week and I really like it. It keeps the Zmax upright when I'm away from home and is low profile, etc. I already learned my lesson about leaving the zmax in the car in the heat lol The holster is at Leather APV eCig Holster | Fort Myers Vapor Electronic Cigarette

I'm using the IBTanked 19mm XL tank (Pyrex). This is not a locking tank but the O-rings fit tight enough that I can carry the Sigelei Zmax Telescopic in my jeans pocket all day long without issues. I use non-flanged Smoktech cartos that I punch myself. Without a flange the tank can be positioned for a minimal gap between tank and mod body.

I have 19mm and 22mm tanks from IBtanked and I haven't had the tank fall off even with unflanged cartos. Also have a VVV pyrex tank and have had the same results.

So will I like the iBTanked system? Just ordered one yesterday in 22mm.

I have tried both evods and protanks and while I like them, I want to try all the liquid delivery options.

It will be hard not to like it. The quality is great and it's priced right. I bought a 19mm first to try and immediately bought a 22mm after a few minutes of using the 19mm. I like how it doesnt slide off the carto as easily as my boge f15. Both look great on the zmax.

If you don't I'd probably buy it off of you. They're that good. The 22mm IMO is a perfect match for the zmax, looks great on top of it. The 19mm is on my fiance's zmax mini, still looks great just a little slimmer.

bro.

IBTank SS 22mm Cartomizer Tank, Doing the Sigelei ZMax V3 Tele-FT

Trying to get anything flush on the ZMax V3 Tele-FT, is no easy thing, because of it's raised 510 connector.

To fill in the gap and for alittle more support, I use an adapter ... checkout "Page 13 Post #122" ... in the thread.

I have to say that I am very pleased with this when it works, which is 90% of the time. The misfires are an inconvenience and I havent taken the time to lube the threads, so it may end up being fixed in the long run. My fiancé loved mine so much that I ordered her a sigelei zmax mini as she didn't need the telescopic function. Hers works fantastic as well. In its price range, it is by far the best bang for your buck.

The rattlesnake is still there, but it isnt nearly as bad or noticeable as I expected it to be. Really not an issue.

Also, the ibtanked 22mm tank fits like a dream. There's still the gap, but I dont mind it really. Here it is filled with pluid.
