Single? Naw, you need several things on hand.
Boge cartos, but for 100% pg or no more than 30% vg mix.
CE2 clear cartomizers
A drip tip. I like the 306 in low resistance. Any juice is fine, from 100% pg to 100% vg.
You need all these to take advantage to all types of liquids.

Hmmmm ok I was thinking of getting a ce2 or a LR atomizer...not sure which I need though.
Depends of you want to use a cart/drip (lr atty) or just fill and go (CE2). I would buy both to try, they are different in their own ways and both have positives

thanks decided to go with a clearomizer because I am also buying for my 70 yr old mom and fill and go simple would work best for her.
Boge cartos are easy to fill using the cap method. CE2 clearos need a syringe, but that's easy once you do one or two.
I agree. I just got a Cartomator from nHaler last week and I've never had a cartomizer preform this well. I just ordered some CE2s from tw. Hope they are as good as everone says they are.
