The CE2 work better than the Boge's I assume?

That is a matter of personal prefference. Some people like CE2's, and some people hate them. So no different than anything else.

I hated MB reds, but would have smoked a Camel any day of the week.

I like the taste from a 1.5ohm atty far more @3.4v than I do @ 3.7, so I wouldn't change anything on an eGo bat.

It's a matter of preference. It seems that more people on these forums recommend Boge's than CE2's.

IMO Boge's work out of the box without requiring any fiddling. My complaints is having to top them of frequently to avoid running them dry - once you get a burnt taste, they can be thrown out. And after using CE2 I swear i can taste the polyfill in the vapor.

CE2's don't have pollyfill in them thus providing a cleaner flavor. The top coil produces more and warmer vapor at a higher resistance then Boges do -a 2.4 ohm CE2 draws less current than a 2 ohm Boge ( more battery life) while providing more flavor, vapor, TH and warmt. CE2 Clearomizers allow you to see exactly how much juice you have. Filling is easier and quicker but it may require a syringe. CE2's should be cleaned every 2-3 days but the process takes about 5 minutes, then you can fill them and vape away. Cleaning a fillered carto requires that you dry it for several hours before using it again.

On the down side, older generation CE2 Clearos are prone to cracking and leaking. The new ones (ultimate or deluxe) do not crack and the tube outlast the insides. They don't always wick well out of the box requiring some modding. The simplest remedy (the one I use) is to remove all three top seals and only use the middle seal with the groove down.

Once again, this is my opinion only. I prefer the CE2 Clearo's and feel that the benefits outweigh the hassles. The Boge's are some of the best single coil fillered cartos I tried and you could be happy with either. Get a box of both and try them out.

The VV booster looks a little steep to me at $65 but the CE2 Clearomizers look pretty cool.

It all comes down to preference. They're definitely different.

The CE2 has no filler so there is a taste difference to an extent. The Boge has the coil deeper in the carto as opposed to right up top, so there is a difference there too.

Best bet is, try both and choose the one that works best for your preferred taste.

    Heyas Omni,

First and cheapest thing I would personally do is get a driptip. Costs a couple bucks, and the best thing around for trying out different juices.

Other than that, my personal favorite on an ego is an LR carto. I like the boge's, and have some resurrectors and lr ce2 style clearomizers in the mail that I'm looking forwards to trying.

And, as others have said, lots of different flavors to sample :p

Thanks for all of the great responses. I'm not new to PV's however this is the first time I've participated in a community. Some of the stuff mentioned I've already done e.g. drip tip, found a few flavors I like however I feel I'm in a good position to start expanding my horizons. I think I'm ready to start looking at all the options out there and maximize the usefulness of my eGo. Once these die I'll perhaps be ready for a big boy PV.

I see plenty of great suggestions and I will refer back to this thread and try most of them one by one.

    Thanks again everyone. ;^)
