Oh yeah. I think at the start it can be a lot of things...detox...dehydration...more energy...more oxygen...too much nicotine. Frankly, trying to stay hydrated also meant more trips to the bathroom thru the night. I also found that caffeine had more of an effect on me. After 2-3 months it was purely a nicotine thing and cutting back to one-half my daytime levels of both nicotine and caffeine cured that.

Definitely lower your nic levels. Nicotine is a stimulant, so after 4-5 pm, it's best if you have a couple juices on hand that are lower than your daytime preferences. You may have to experiment with what that percentage is - 1/2 maybe? If the insomnia continues, then even less of course.

Absolutly. me too. I go to a low or no nic level after dinner. But that depends on how tired I am and how wired I got my self vaping away during the day on my 24mg stuff.

How long have you been vaping? Detoxing off cigarettes can cause any variety of side effects. Also, it helps to switch to a lower nic level at night time. As always, drink a ton of water! Vaping will dehydrate you and the water will speed up the detox time as well.
I have been vaping for 4 days. I am using 24mg so I will try using 12mg at night and see if that helps.

Thank you all for the advice.

give it some time your detoxing from all the MAOI's that were in your smokes,E-cigs dont have any.
i would just stick to your 24mg so you dont nic fit.
the sleeplessness will go away in a week or two at least it did for me and my wife.
