When I showed this to State O'Flux, he coined the term BMV Coiler 2.0, and wants credit for the name. You got it SOF! ill's [M]agic [V]apor.

Remember that the fly reel has adjustable drag. This is critical to tension the coil, and creates the ability to produce identical coils, and to measure the tension (force) used in each coil. At $12, it was significantly better then my solder holder in BMV 1.0, even under spring tension:

Ok so a tip in this thread for solving voltage drop problems was to invert the brass screw in the bottom cap so that the spring is in contact with the battery.

Well it works! My voltage drop problems with the Sticker are gone! It's great! Many thanks!

Ok for some reason I imagined only the Kayfun on one side, and the whole length of the semovar on the other. Now I get it, the control head and topper on one side, battery tube on the other. Looks really nice!

I emailed Cloud 9 some weeks they only sell the Mini Sticker for the KF mini the only place I know is where jhelliwell got his at Svoemesto.de, after ending up with an another Semo and actually admiring the Stickers form factor in the hand it's so nice even with the 650 loaded. I live on a boat and tube mods are a bit of a problem in rough water I love box mods for this reason. Concerning Semo battery life a couple of 650 / 3400mAh should get us through the day

When you get your semovar, remove the battery cap. On the cap there is a threaded brass pc where underneath is the spring. Just unscrew the brass piece from the cap and turn it upsidedown then screw it back. This way the spring is outside towards to the battery. This way you don't have to adjust the brass piece all the time plus you won't get any E1 or E5 errors also will help a little on the battery life.

Got to 3.7 remaining on the battery and the Semovar stopped. Took the battery out, placed it in a Provari and continued vamping. Just ran across Mono1's post and reversed the brass piece. Placed the battery back in the Semovar and it vaped to 3.2 before it stopped.

I would only use the Sony VTC4 in a mech or DNA 30 device as recommended for pushing over 20 watts. In my ProVari's, I use Orbtronic PD 2900's (Panny NCR18650PF) for great battery life. I also use them in my Hana v3 most of the time, although I have a couple of the VTC4's just in case I need them.

Happy to report no need to search any longer. Decided to make my own 18650 battery tube today. Came out almost perfect.

I used an Efest 2000 IMR18650 3.7V LI-MIN, vaping 3.3v on a 2.0 ohm build.

Well after all this discussion I went and pulled the plug. Ordered a Semovar and 14mm cap from InTaste. Seems that their shipping is pretty quick from Germany to USA so maybe, just maybe by the end of the week.

I'm thinking about grabbing one of these but I wanted one that was side by side and could handle 18650's. Does anyone know if they even exist? I have 2 provari's currently with 2 KFL's (one is a plus) and love them, but I just want a new toy

Yes sir, that looks like the one I had in mind I see you've got the 3400mah Panasonic batteries there from intaste, I'm assuming? Could you link me up to a place where I could find that mod? Thank you!
