If people can find a way to buy illegal guns and drugs they can find a way to buy e cigs

So you are really OK with having to go to the black market, or breaking the law, rather than hoping over to your neighborhood B&M. You really don't see this as a big deal?

I'm really not even sure what to say when confronted with logic like this. Best of luck.?

is there really that much of a difference between buying it "off the street" and buying it online from a vendor you've never even seen, met, or spoken to before in your life

just because a site has an integrated shopping cart doesnt make the vendor saks 5th avenue

ya dig?!!?!?!?

If they get banned completely then yes im ok with going to this "black market" you speak of. Which wont be a black market, it will be the internet where pvs are labeled as flashlight housing and nicotine juice as aromatherapy liquids. Breaking the law by vapin is a lot better than vaping. What are they going to do? Fine me? Tell ya what. A fine is better than cancer

They do regulate paper for rolling cigs already.

I Googled but found nothing definitive for how cigarette papers are regulated. Can you shed some light on this Robino, or anyone else? I'm very interested in particular about how substantial equivalence is handled and how much it costs for approvals.

Your post has absolutely nothing to do with MY post. My post was about having to buy something illegally, rather than being able to get it anywhere I want. With the main point being legal/illegal. But don't take my word for it, feel free to read it again. Your post is about... well, something else. Buying online vs on the street?

So to answer your question.. . No. I don't dig.

But right now, I purchase from three vendors that I have relationships with. I talk to them from time to time, I have friends who have visited the labs. I have done my research.

So my comfort level with these legal, legitimate business owners is much greater than a black market street vendor...who by definition would have to be secretive.

None of the three vendors are quite sure at this moment what they will do about the approval process. None of them are guaranteed approval of a single liquid. Closing the doors and doing something else is more likely for them if their choices are black market or something else. I will do all I can to support their continued existence.

Thanks for the link jp_cfc09. I had found that too. Unfortunately it doesn't answer any of my questions about how it's working out for cigarette paper manufacturers or hoe much it costs them to apply for SE or new product approval. I read somewhere that 4 papers have been approved, but I didn't bookmark the link . I have the feeling those guys are all in limbo still from 2011.

Well there are two years to kill the BT players or at the very least put a giant dent in their ability to front a war against the vaping community.

Maybe we can get all JW in our efforts to convert smokers to vaping.

Juice vendors can work like mad at cloning everything the BT guys have on the market and flood every available area with product.

If BT dies, or is sufficiently wounded, tax revenue dies too.

The remaining alternative to revenue is vaping based of course in this scenario.

However with the proposed regulations, much of this revenue would also die a quick death. A very unsavory situation considering how much revenue nicotine products provide our governments.

I suspect money is our biggest issue, grow or die.
