I have a business trip coming up & I'm looking for the smallest mod with TC. The eleaf 40wTC is pretty small, the Clouper Mini looks to be about the same size but quality of Clouper in general seems to be poor from most reviews while eleaf generally overall are quality devices. So what else is out there? Something small, fits in a suit pocket, not too heavy & either swappable battery or decent life from the onboard battery.

Realistically this is as small as your gonna get. Not really in love with P4Y stuff ATM but the D2 is small.

But the SX really is the way to go.

I've been researching box mods for some time because I'm trying to find something small for the wife. I've gotten her using the istick 40w but frankly the battery life isn't all that great...she gets about 6 hours on VV at 7.5 watts and 1.8 ohms. I'm trying to gently lead her into replaceable battery devices.

Everything seems to be almost exactly the same size (roughly 3 1/4" by 1 1/2" by 7/8") simply because they use the same 18650 battery. It really doesn't matter what they call it (mini, maxi, nano) it still tends to be that size.

Another nice thing about the SX Mini is you can always buy the extension tube if ever wanting to go above 60w. Even with the tube attached, it fits perfectly in my pocket. But next to the DNA 200, the SX350j that the M Class uses is probably the best board on the market.

Koopor mini is small and cheep...no charge port though, she'll do 60 watts tc but battery life is better at 40...vapor shark rdna40 battery life is better though and the atty lock is nice...

Not really. And you only need it if going above 60w. The mod retains its excellent form factor and it's not bulky in the pocket like a series box.

I've heard good things about the SMY 60w mini tc...seen it for pretty cheap on a couple sites and I've heard mostly solid reviews for it. Might be a little heavy though but its small. Best of luck!

I actually have the SMY, it is small but thick & heavy. I like the SX Mini as well but at only 60 watts I'm struggling with the price, I'm sure it's well built but it's a little more than I care to spend right now. The Aspire Pegasys while really nice is a little too large for what I'm looking for.

    Small TC mod?

The iStick TC40 was mentioned - I'm using one right now. It would be difficult to get smaller than this.

There are a number of single 18650's on or coming to the market. The eVic-VT Mini is very small, Eleaf is going to release an iStick tc60 soon, Smok is releasing an Xbox mini soon, then there's the P4U D2, Apollo Reliant (I have one on order) and SXminiM (being revised).

The later three I would not call "small" and some of them surely are not light.

Have you looked at the Joyetech eVic VTC Mini. Very nice for the price it is a little on the heavy side but very well built.

This right here.. I was in the vape shop last night looking for something to use for travel and stealth vaping. The eVic VTC mini is AMAZING and by the far the sleekest design, and most comfortable fitting in your hands, while being very, very small. Definitely going to second this.. Like I said I was just in the vape shop last night for this exact purpose and looked at the new IPVD2, as well as some eleafs, and Isticks. This by far outshines them in build quality, not to mention you can charge it right through the USB port although it uses an 18650 battery. Definitely the way to go.
