I believe that is false information. My rep tells me they are all manufactured in house and have shipped with clear and green wrappers. I just had a lengthy conversation regarding this thread and quality control issues. I hope this helps in some way.

Cigarman, you mention that you had a conversation with your rep...was he/she aware of this problem with the smoktek carto's or was this something newly brought to his/her attention? And if the smoktech rep. was aware of this issue, what are they doing to correct it? You can pm me if necessary.

Apparently my rep was not aware there is an issue. I forwarded this thread and asked that they check into it, that's about all I can do. I will followup since this is one of the most popular cartos out there.

Good to hear this. At least with my new order I got one box of stainless steel because I've been wanting to test them out on my provari - liquinator tank setup.

On another note, tried the fourth one out of the box last night. Worked fine. Still going strong so far today. Maybe I was just unlucky and got a bad batch in this box.

Time will tell.

I hope the rest of your carto's work great for you. If I had bad carto's I would not be happy.

anybody knows whats up with CCV, I ordered some 510 1.7 cartos( 15 deal...) and its been 4 days now and no shipping info. They posted a notice on web site s aying they have some legal issues and will be happy to offer refund etc etc.

CCV is behind in orders due to so many orders and are trying to speed this up by only having certain hour that they will take orders and they say it is helping the orders to be shipped a little quicker. It has been slow getting my orders but so far, but I have always got them, but not real quickly. The legal issues is about the refill kits and all they are is syringes and needles, but I quess they were told they could not sell them without a physicians prescription, what nonsense, and the site says the Store will be closed until the 15th. You can buy from lots of vendors and pet supply stores and farm supply stores so I don't understand, why the legal problem. I may be wrong but it looks like the whole store is shut down until the 15th. They also say they will ship orders they already have.

Hmmm... I ordered mine on Monday (Sunday?), they were shipped Tuesday, got them on Thursday. No problems. I ordered a 5-pack.

The first one out of the box is working fine; just a bit noisy.

As I mentioned, the one I got with the smoktech tank worked fine. Changed out the original and put one of the carto's that I got in a five pack because I was changing juices and it is working great too--so 2 out of 2.

these are the only cartos i use, and i have always gotten them in a green wrapper and they work awesome, but the last 21 i ordered came yesterday and are all in clear wrappers, so hopefully these dont ruin my experience. on a side note, my girlfriend got 8 of these cartos with the clear wrapper last month, 7 out of the 8 were bad, she was extremely .......

Has she or you checked them out with a volt/ohm meter?? Are they truly dead??

I got the 15 deal from CCV, checked all of mine on arrival and non were doa and only 1 was bad and all were in the clear package


The one thing I can stress is fill them with the syringe (1st fill) and they will vape just fine. The one I had problems with I tried to drip fill it and it burned.

So I proceeded to open another and fill it with something I know I like, and same thing, argh dammit. Well maybe I burned them, so I took one, Put it into a bottle of juice, seriously submerged the entire thing. let it sit, for 20minutes, took it out let it drain, wiped it up. 3/4 puffs burnt taste. NEVER AGAIN. I'm on the verge of boycotting smok tech, almost all of the items I'm purchased were just crap, and this is the last straw I think for me.

That, well, sucks..What voltage are you running at?? I'm getting nervous because I have an order on the way. I'm assuming you bought these recently.

ive had nothing but bad experiences with thr esurrectors from CCV (legit, ordered from CCV). I use them with my Ego-C batery, and so far ive only successfully broken-in 1 out of the 6 that ive tried. Ive tried different juices, different filling methods (underfilling,overfilling,exact filling with a syringe), but nothing i have tried has resulted in anything even resembling a pleasant vape. the one that i did manage to get going is fine, but i prefer the taste of a boge. its boge for me from here on out.

it sucks, i really wanted the resurrectors to be my go-to carto

are there any extended genuine boge cartos that hold more liquid, like the same length as the resurrectors?

Boge LR 2.0 XL cartomizers are really nice. However, they are difficult to find. I bought mine at electronicstix.com. $8.00 per box of 5. Yes, I know, a little pricey - but they are worth it. Fast service and shipping.

I have just received some of the Xl's but have not filled one yet, to many other things I am trying but I do need to try them and compare them to the Resurrectors.
