Change my coil to quad earlier today
And experience leak, lucky only less than half tank fill.

Wonder what went wrong
Check e tank

Hand Tight
No loose parts

Any members have the same issue or care to share some pointers ?
When you fill up your tank, close dem airholes. If it leaks it could be a faulty o-ring.

I had the o-ring on the tank split on its first day after washing. Haha. .... happens bro.

I had the o-ring on the TF-R2 split on me on the 4th time I removed it, thus I ordered some O-rings for future replacement.

Below are the o-ring size that I have measured: ID*OD*CS (mm)

Part (Part Size) - O-ring Size
Drip Tip (6.25mm) - 6x9x1.5
Base to Glass (18mm) - 15x18x1.5
Cap to Glass (18mm) - 18x21x1.5
Cap to OCC/RBA (9mm) - 8x10x1.0
TF-R2 (12.5mm) - 9x11x1.0

I am getting a smaller sized o-ring for the 'cap to glass', since it is a bit loose now.

If im not wrong they should be in by the middle of next week.
TFV4 Mini is not out yet. I banked the black version. Haha, impulsive purchase cause it looks so much nicer then the silver one I have, and the glass in the drip tip really handles high temperatures compared to the silver.

@NaughtyClownn i heard its gonna be out on the 20th of October. Not sure if my sources are accurate though...
Awesome. Actually to think about it, no wonder i saw that the mini produces slightly more dense vapor in the reviews. Since its shorter, the airflow from the driptip to the coil will be faster hence more vapor? Haha.

I am testing out the VMQ type of o-ring, supposely to be non-toxic. Alternative, can source for the clear type of o-ring, but the quality doesnt seem hardly enough for repetitively removal.
Let us know your findings! I'm planning on ordering a couple of solid non toxic o rings. Got four tfv4s with me so need some back up. Haha.

My first one has been giving me a plasticky taste.

I was considering this also, but am worried about splattering and end up tasting the juice directly in the mouth. My current setup (dual coil: straightened kanthal 24G six winding on 2.5mm - 0.25Ω at 40w) have significant amount of splattering (can hear) when I use the Rayon CelluCotton which is super absorbent.
