Smok warranty

Anybody ever dealt with smok warranty? I got my h priv 220 on Monday and notice some hairline cracks in the paint, the company I ordered it from is gonna try to replace it from their supplier but if not I'll be going through smok. I am asking if this something they will take care of or am I stuck with a mod that is gonna chip away and look ugly?

I got a kbox 70 about a month ago and the paint on the base comes off very easily. Love the mod but this really lets it down. I treat it with the utmost care.

Same here mine is baby'ed but hopefully they will take care of me
