What would the "burden of tobacco" be that WOULDN'T be reduced by smokeless products...?

It sounds like more of the same "nicotine causes cancer" or similar BS.

This is some kind of puritanical elitism.

This is the material that all the Smokefree groups are using and basing their campaigns on. It's very long and indepth, but shows just how organized and fanatical this group is about stamping out anything that even remotely is associated with smoking or tobacco use.
