    I love those rescue stories and pictures. You guys are all going straight to heaven for saving those abandoned and betrayed creatures. They are so loving, trusting and forgiving.

    And the big dogs are so hard to place. My shelter is full of pitbulls and large dogs...

    Anybody seen Ravens Rose lately? Is she MIA? Everything OK?

    player, I do think at some point she may have been abused. To this day, if we raise our hand to pet the top of her head, she cowers. How sad. She likes me well enough when Steve isn't here, lol, and sometimes I get lucky and she hangs with me! I always wanted a Great Dane and we lucked out to find her :)

    Katya, from your lips to God's ear! And I'll take a big dog any day.

    O, Ravens...where are you? I hope all is well?

    She is absolutely beautiful. I'm glad she has a good home with you and Steve now.

    Danes do not have a long lifespan, but at six we hope she has several years!
