Again today there was no movement on the Docket sheet. The FDA has until tomorrow to file their Reply Brief and I expect that they will.

effective is subjective. For me, Darvon works. It gets rid of my migraines. For advil or tylenol to do it, I'd have to take around a dozen pills. And, I'm mildly allergic to codeine, so that doesnt leave much else.grimmer - darvon is a prescription pain killer, not a very effective one, but one none the less. Darvocette contains tylenol and is a commonly prescribed darvon product. With all the uproar presently about accidental tylenol overdoses, my guess is this is one of the drugs they would target, since it doesn't work very well to begin with, so overuse would not be that uncommon?
Sorry for the off topic.
Thank you for the update. Like others, I appreciate all youve done to stay on top of this and to keep us informed.Today there was no movement on the Docket sheet. The FDA has less then 48 hours to file it's Brief before the Court deadline as set by Judge Leon.

Just out of curiosity, what happens if the FDA doesn't file tomorrow?
Its always a measure/countermeasure with the feds in just about everything. I think the states should just do what California did with medical cannabis, tell the feds to shove it in their pie hole and do what the hell they want.
Strange nothing yet from Sun. Hope she didn't get bad news about the e-cig and jump off a bridge! 8-o
how soon do you think it will be before we hear the ruling from the judge?
