well that sux...i ordered one from madvapes because it was a slant top...im going to have to send it back....ugh

That really pisses me off. I can't believe madvapes would do that to us. They NEED to organize themselves.
I'm sick of seeing reviews for key lime pie mixed into reviews for chocolate peanutbutter juice.
I'm sick of seeing "5 in stock" next to a mod with only a "notify me when available" button?
I really hope they just revamp the whole site soon because there are too many errors to list.

With that said... It sounds like this mod is turning out to be a good one. My payment went out in the mail today.
Hopefully I'll get it by next weekend. I paid with a check so I'll understand if it takes longer. Hope DV keeps in touch.
Hopefully my original Aga-T will look nice on top of this thing. Is there knurling on the natural's button?
that'd be cool.

Question1: Does the button have any knurling underneath it? And does it lock?
I'm just wondering if it has knurling that will match my Aga-T version 1.

Question2: I know this one is all stainless. Thats a good thing, but it kinda sucks.
I'm hoping they come out with a chromed version with chrome extra tubes for sale.
Does anyone know if a CHROME version will be offered, OR: extra tubes will be sold?

---That way I could polish off the chrome to reveal the copper/brass.
I love the look of stainless steel or silver paired with copper/brass/gold.
The GG is the only mod on the market right now that has/had that pairing that I know of.
Some eGos have it, but I'd rather not buy something with an internal battery bound to fail.

As for the space- I don't mind the gap at all. I like gaps. Simply because genesis lovers don't. lol.
I don't need it to look like its 1 device. If I did, I'd buy a mod that was all 1 piece. :p someday I will.

I can't wait to get this thing now. Looks great with a Genny.

Most of the GG-ish mods are chrome over brass, and I believe I read something about one of the coops offering a brass-ish gold-plated model. Someone mentioned mixing it with a chrome to get the effect you are looking for.

Since chrome over brass is cheaper than SS, with a little searching you could probably get two ccts mods for 15-20% more than one Natural.

OK so here's what I did. I put in my AW button-top 2000mah 18650. Fits like a charm. I put a 1/16" battery spacer magnet on the AW (1.5mm-ish) and . . . . . . . . that's a bit big. Does it still work? Yes. Are all the seams in the mod screwed together all the way? No. Does it look right for people with Gap-o-phobia? No, the tube sections don't align as nicely when not fully seated. By the way, my AW button-top measures about 65.2 mm (pretty true to its name: 18 mm diameter, 65.0 mm tall = 18650)
