The board is mounted on a half tube that is glued into place.
In your case the glue at the top of the tube has come loose and the tube has lifted. If you take the batteries out and push the viewing window down it'll straighten things up a little but it won't last.
You've got to send it back for a replacement.

Just wondering if anyone has had any issues with the screen and/or the button caving in? First my screen started caving in and then finally my button. i was getting ready to send it back in for an exchange when I decided to try to fix it myself. I slid a long tool with a hook on the end up into the inside of the tube and was able to put them both back into place. I just hope it continues to work. Has this happened to anyone else? Here are the before pics.![]()
