I think it's hypocritical to be smug like that, because you don't have to look very hard at anyone to see some form of habit or vice whether it's food, sex, drugs etc.
what I mean by that comment is I find myself saying the same things ex smokers say
wow, my sense of smell is back
I can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke
I want everyone to know how great I feeel since quitting
my teeth are whiter
doesn't that sound a little familiar?

"why don't you just quit cold turkey like I did" God bless e-cigs.......Clyde
Thank you for your concern. And then choose another spot to vape away.
I've always gotten that from Smug Non-Smokers, in addition to the Smug Ex-Smokers. Since becoming a mother, I realized that everyone wants to offer me a bunch of advice on what I need to be doing, as if they're perfect human beings. I just ignore them, or ask them why they're so interested in how I do or don't do things. That usually shuts them up.
Couldn't decide if this comment I'm making is better served as own thread or as a post in another thread, so I decided on the latter.
To me, the FDA is not our biggest concern. IMO, it is ex-vapers (ex-nic addicts). If that group is anything like ex-smokers, we're going to have a whole bunch of people running around putting vaping down, AND speaking from experience.
That, to me, is when the tide will turn.
