It installed. It won't open on my desktop. Everything on the dang thing is BIG again and no settings have been changed. I'm done with all things HP. Now what's a good computer

Fran, you should be able to right-click on the desktop and select "screen resolution" and maybe change the size of displayed stuff. If that doesn't work, you can try "personalize" and then "Display" and play with the font settings if only the text is big.

The settings are where they should be. Talked to 2 techs who agree my graphics card is gone.
so now they're saying it's your graphics card and network card?
this system is only 2 yrs old - i just don't see it! and a bad graphics card would mess up your display not show large fonts
let's try the wifi first - when you go to 'connect to' or 'my network places' does the new usb wifi connection show?

And if you and Tibs get that network working when I'm gone, just make sure to run "Windows Update" form control panel so make sure you upgrade any old drivers now that you have an internet connection.
I did the Device Manager. It installed Tib. The computer is telling me it's not connected. 5 different USB's.
