I have it set to 410 degrees. I'm told cotton will not burn at that temp.

I tried wrapping a coil around a 6/32 screw. Quite a few people have done this to get perfectly spaced coils. I tried it but my eyes couldn't follow the little grooves in the screw. So, I wrapped one myself around a 3mm screwdriver and it came out perfect. here's a picture.

The real point is that his vape is probably safer than ours at the same temp since it isn't supposed to spike as high. I just don't know about the effective temp. Or nickel.

Well, if it isn't burning cotton, that's a REAL GOOD indication of lower temp.

I can't believe I'm doing this stuff after all of these years. All the $$ I spent on clearos. I can build a coil and have in in my atty ready to go in about 10 minutes.
and it only cost pennies.
