We get a wind gust now and then that's keeping the snow level on the roofs low. Nothing you could call strong wind and no sustained wind. Very little snow sticking to evergreen branches. It's too cold .

My daughter in MD got 3 inches which is already melting and my one niece in Phila is calling it Snow-maggedon turned into Smidge-mageddon. My dd did get a snow day off of school and got some house cleaning done though.
My one sil said it was depressing and very cloudy and missed any chance of a snowball fight. They all feel like a pin pierced the balloon....

Yes, several witnesses Tibs. Someone actually went after the *%@#^*! that caused the accident and then fled the scene. My daughter didn't get a ticket either. The policeman SAID the other driver was at fault.

What kind of insurance company it this? First of all, they should pay no matter what--fault or no fault.

Hi birdie. It's Elephant. Unfortunately my daughter can't be choosy about who she has insurance with because of an something a couple of years ago that's on her record.
It's just a bad situation. Not everyone would be willing to insure her.
The next step is to send/take all the documentation to the agent's superior. AND let them know that you'll be very vocal about their unwillingness to pay and such- reputation is pretty important in the insurance biz.
