Tibs, I don't think that means ACA-enrolled folks will see those increases. While the
actual plan premiums will go up, what people pay AFTER subsidy is still "percent-of-
income based". In NY, that can be 7.0% of taxable income on the low end and 9.5%
(as I recall) on the high end. As usual, I can't speak for other states.

I still have not heard or read any "tobacco-use surcharge" horror stories. I wonder
if that whole plan was abandoned?

After-subsidy ACA is supposed to be capped across the board. But yeah, the subsidy $$$
must come from somewhere. I could hazard a guess.

As far as sustainable, that's been a concern from Day 0.
