They really did a number on your lawn. I would've taken their butts to small claims court!!

I bet you were fit to be "tied" :nun:

I had "lively discussions" with them for quite a while. But they refused to fix, claiming
"drought stress". So, they lost me at about $400/year. I would not recommend them
to anyone @LostVapeMonster .

Being "tied" is one thing... "FIT to be tied" is quite another and not conducive to fun @Katmar

And I do NOT use a riding mower... unlike across-the-road properties at < 1/4 the acreage
who do use riding mowers. The lazy-bass noise-making polluting .......s.
Are there any people that you do like?

time for my nap - grill is back in action!

lost, you got plenty of time - (re)seeding here is not recommended till the end of september!
Haha - no. There's no "re"seeding in my yard. There's only seeding. There's been no grass since I bought the place.

    I prefer the animals.

If you are referring to neighbours... NONE directly across the road. The family to the east are
OK... disregarding their slovenly yard upkeep. The elderly lady to the west needs to part with
some of her mega-$$$ and hire a Fall yard service to clean up the mutant-tree leaf drop. Who
knows... maybe her heir grandson will do a better job of it.

No, really. The animals, all of them, deserve respect for their ability to sustain
THEMSELVES (OK, with a little help re: food bowls and water and peanuts). The
ones I have are not destructive and are really fun to just watch. Can that be
said for the average human being? Kind of thinking "no".
