one of bear's aquarium specialties -
got attached to that ball too watching it grow and now it's gone
i was doing a partial water change and while i had the water in the bucket i threw the ball in there to rinse it off
but then i got sidetracked in here and forgot all about my marimo when i emptied the bucket in the toilet
and there it went
A marimo ball is a rare growth form of algae, which grows into large green balls with a soft, velvety appearance.they are native to japan where they naturally grow at Lake Akan. They are also found in Iceland ,Estonia and scotland.
