Me: $$$ column 2 or 3.

Oooooo. Seems like I may have jumped the gun in having all the dental work done in 2015.

Untitled-4.jpg

"Major Dental Care" covered in full. But that still says nothing about prosthetics (partials). It also does not
mention IV sedation. I think, though, the extractions and grafts may have been covered... if I waited.

The teeth NEEDED to come out THEN... so, no use in wondering or looking back.

Vision care IS covered. :) Now I need to find out if "lenses and frames" would include the styles and options
I always get... $350+ for frames... Crizal + Transition lenses. Or do they limit those to the "$69 for 2 pair"
crap at Walmart.

That ^ and any future posts ... I do need to say something...

... it is a DAMN SHAME that these kinds of benefits are NOT offered to seniors who would
also qualify via income tiers. For example: my Dad. He shells out something like $159/month
from his SS for Medicare... then he hands over $100/month for "medigap". And his co-pays,
co-insurance and overall scope of benefits comes nowhere NEAR what is offered in the full
benefits sheet I am now looking at.

While I am grateful for what 2016 holds... it is VERY disturbing the seniors are still being - well -
GOUGED. (Yes, I get that seniors are high-risk and the economics of it and algorithms and
stuff... but it remains boggling.)

I suspect that you're in the wrong state, Dale.
Some states really screwed it up. Deliberately.

And no matter what, yep, insurance is very expensive no matter how you do it.

don't think so, atty - deductibles are high across the board unless you can choose one of the better plans :?:

Financially speaking you are probably correct Atty.
At least we'll die with a nice view ;)

    Says the gal in VA.....;)

OK, it's really "the gap" people that are hurt the most in those "uncooperative" states.
But I really don't want to get into this discussion.
