There is nothing sexist about finding - and mentioning - somebody's attractiveness.
Hell, even *I* thought she was pretty darn nice.

Nicopure was/is erring on the side of caution, the way I see it. The company probably
does not want to say or suggest something which could blow up in their face. Legally
or rep-wise.

I have not looked, but there are more than likely a lot of YouTube vids out there ranting
and railing and raving about "The Deeming" (sounds like a drive-in horror movie). Can't
say they'd be worth anything beside making us feel a bit better. But those would not be
of much actual help, either.

Have there been any other manufacturers saying anything about what's going down,
whether it be just acknowledging or providing any kind of guidance beyond "call your
lawyer"? I'll give Nicopure/Halo some credit for even broaching the subject publicly.

Could be, too, they do not want to give the FDA anything to work with that could
hinder future developments in our favour.
