ugh...there have been some horrible traffic deaths here already this weekend.

Ugh, couldn't 'like' that one! Told my son to stay home and he can visit Daddy later.

Really, the best you can do is drink a ton and don't put off going to the restroom to get rid of it
And yea...sodas aren't really good for ya.

We don't drink sodas....sugary or diet!
He does like a beer now and then, but he has to lay off of that too, now!

You are so right.......I will be measuring 2+ quarts for him starting tomorrow......he's already had quite a bit today, and was hydrated via IV earlier.

Yep, he needs to drink more water and have been telling him this for quite awhile, but now, he's convinced.
I want to know what it is exactly that causes these horrendous things......Google, here I come!
