I don't think we realize how many types of foods contain sugars. This could be part of my problem. I have MS fatigue, too, but it was never this bad. Think I may see a nutritionist. Thanks, AttyCarb crash after dinner?
Feeling Tired After Eating Carbs
That's most due to hypoglycemia. I guess there's another thing that happens if you're diabetic or pre-diabetic. But it also depends on what you eat, see article.

That's the downside to a thaw like this. Same here!! Hard to get around. Path to car is bad, too, as well as driveway. Fun times!
I've used them in the past. Don't always help. Of course, I can be thrown off balance really easy.
Hard to argue that one. I canceled my PCP appointment for last Friday for that reason!! Plus, I really had no need to see him. So why take the chance?so i can pick up another strain?
