Classy, I did NOT know you have MS! Wow!!! How long have you had it? So nice to have someone who understands.......Yes, I take lots of D3 and, was in a clinical study for it, and I have NOT had a true relapse in years. I have lingering symptoms like fatigue and some numbness, and transient symptoms (there is a really neat word instead of transient, but I can't think of it), and forgetting words sometimes . How much and what kind of Bs do you take? Seems I've always had to be careful with the Bs. Too much really bothers me. WOW! I'm just stunned!

Oh, my, here we go. I took one of my focus meds today and now I'm really chatty again. I like it, but YOU may not!!!! They ARE the ones that make me sick, but NOT if I take them just a few times a week!

 Pretty sure it's been brought up before.
I was diagnosed in my early 40's after a year of "it's your hormones honey" crap from my Dr.
Finally did a blood draw and my hormones were fine.
Had a few things pop their head up at that time. Degenerative Disc (let's fuse 4, 5 and 6 - no, let's not), Degenerative Muscle and Fibro.
Ran the course of EMGs, nerve conduction tests, muscle biopsy (from my right thigh) and MRIs.
I felt I lived at the rheumatologist's and the neurologist's offices.
I pretty much do my best to ignore it, kind of like I told you I didn't feel right...now I can deal with it...
I am not picky, I get stuff from Wallmart.
When I remember to take stuff I am way better
(I also like ashwagandha)

What drives me batty is since I feel crappy most of the time, when I start to get sick with a bug I don't know if it's just me or if I am really getting sick till it hits

May have been brought up before, but not when I was around. I am positive I would remember that! I was diagnosed in my 40s also, after a gazillion other tests. If they had done the MRI first, I would have been diagnosed right away. Had a ton of lesions. Yea, I've learned to ignore a lot of it. So used to it. Had a lot of nerve pain early on and was on a TON of steroids for years, which did damage, but, also helped me. Can't take them anymore as they killed the femoral heads and have had one hip replaced from it. Tried a lot of the MS meds, couldn't take them, now, I'm more stable, neuro says we're not gonna mess with them at my age. Does the ashwaganda help? And in what ways? And I'm sorry you have it, too!:(

Whew, my hands are tired. So good evening and goodnight Snails. Sleep well, sweet dreams and a better tomorrow for all :)
