I bought the wrong replacement bulbs for that bug killer. 2 packages.
So rather than just throw them out, Ebay them out of the house...
AND getting MORE than I paid.

woohoo! carburetor drained! dh and i got it running one more time and this time turned off the gas supply line
amazing though how long it ran with the gasoline supply shut off!

Great it will last longer that way,Just remember to turn it back on before your next use or you'll do a lot of pulling with no results

could this have been the reason for not wanting to start this am? i left gas in the carburetor after that one and only test run last february!

That would do it especially if your gas up there has alcohol in it the stuff will ruin a small engine carb if you not using the CORRECT fuel stabilizer it and let it sit in storage

That depends on the gas your using,does yours have alcohol in it ? that information should be on the pump where you buy your fuel
